Project Overview

This project was built to solve a familiar problem: health information scattered across too many apps, devices, and notes. Weight logs in one place, calorie trackers in another, medical reports saved somewhere else, and wearable data living on its own island.

We created a single space where users can track, understand, and reflect on their health, supported by a conversational guide that actually knows their history and habits. The app revolves around three pages—Dashboard, Chat, and Calendar—each designed to be clear, personalized, and quietly helpful.

The Challenges

What we faced during work::

  • Users track different metrics depending on their lifestyle and goals. A one-size-fits-all dashboard wouldn’t work.

  • Health data is often spread across photos, PDF test reports, manual logs, and wearable inputs.

  • People don’t just need data—they need context, support, and habits that fit real daily routines.

  • Adding past data needed to feel natural, not confusing or restrictive.

  • The agent needed access to user data, but transparency in how it used that data was essential.

What We Did in a Nutshell

Work flow scenario::

  • Designed a pinnable dashboard where users control which health metrics they see.

  • Built a chat experience where guidance adapts to the user’s real data and habits.

  • Created a color-coded calendar that shows a timeline of all tracked health activity.

  • Ensured the agent’s reasoning and data references are visible, not hidden.

  • Structured data so values can roll forward when they remain valid across days.

The Solutions

The Outcomes::

1. Personalized Dashboard

Users can choose which health widgets matter to them—weight, calories, steps, sleep, and more. The dashboard adapts over time and gently recommends useful additions, helping users stay focused without clutter.

2. Context-Aware Chat Assistant

The conversation interface looks familiar and simple, but it’s backed by real personal data. The assistant can reference diet logs, past trends, lifestyle patterns, and calendar entries—offering guidance that feels thoughtful and relevant.

3. Visual Health Calendar

Every update—photos, reports, manual entries—appears on the day it happened. A color system shows patterns over time, and tapping a day reveals numbers, notes, and uploaded files. Users can also edit past days easily.

This creates a living health record, not just a log.

Client Feedback

We love to hear back from our clients::

The experience feels calm and personal, not clinical or overwhelming. The dashboard flexibility really stood out, and the calendar brings clarity we haven’t seen in other health apps. The transparent chat guidance makes the assistant feel supportive and trustworthy.
