Project Overview

This project focuses on building an end-to-end management system for football match tickets and supplier coordination. The platform allows administrators to oversee match listings, generate and distribute ticket QR codes, approve or decline requests, track supplier activity, and manage point-based transactions.
Suppliers also have their own dashboard to upload tickets, manage members, and monitor their points and matched/unmatched ticket statuses.

Both admin and supplier dashboards share a consistent, structured design to make navigation clear and task execution seamless.

The Challenges

What we faced during work::

  • Ticket distribution and tracking needed to be transparent and traceable.

  • Multiple suppliers required secure access separation and role-sensitive permissions.

  • Managing thousands of tickets meant bulk upload and smart search filtering were essential.

  • Match schedules frequently change — editing, removing, and updating had to be quick and error-free.

  • The point system needed to be simple to understand, but detailed enough for auditing and transaction tracking.

  • A clean UI was needed to avoid overwhelming users with large lists and actions.

We developed a streamlined, role-based dashboard system where admins and suppliers can efficiently manage matches, tickets, and point transactions without friction. The admin interface centralizes control over match schedules, ticket requests, QR generation, supplier performance, and transaction history. Bulk upload tools, filters, search, and clear action buttons help handle large data volumes quickly. Suppliers receive their own simplified workspace to upload tickets, manage members, and track point usage with full transparency. 

The entire experience is designed to keep workflows clear, organized, and easy to navigate—reducing complexity while improving accountability and speed.
